Payment

Here’s how our secure payments system works:

  • You request a service booking, and the professional accepts.
  • You make payment in full before the service begins.
  • Payment is held in escrow and released only after you confirm the job is complete.
  • You’ll receive a receipt by email at your registered address.

Customers pay a small, fixed fee (IDR99,400) regardless of transaction size. You’ll find our competitors charge commissions of 10%, 15%, or even 20% making them more expensive for any transaction of IDR 1 million or more.
