- Monthly bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses, including journal entries and financial reporting - Review bills and invoices - Review financial reports - Provide accounting training - Setup initial accounting data in the system - Reconstruct past accounting records (if needed)

Before we start, we will need:

- Bank statements (softcopy) - Sales and purchase invoices - Payroll data - Petty cash records - Fixed asset and loan details (if applicable) - Access to existing accounting system (if continuing usage) - General Ledger (if available)

What we'll do for you is:

- Review and organize all provided documents - Input bills, invoices, petty cash, payments, and receipts - Record journal entries - Reconcile bank accounts, revenue - Prepare monthly General Ledger and Trial Balance - Allocate revenue and costs by project - Maintain working papers for prepayments, accruals, and loans - Produce monthly financial reports - Assist client in external audit preparation

What we'll ultimately deliver, and when:

- 1x Profit & Loss Report - 1x Balance Sheet - 1x General Ledger Delivery: Within 14 working days after all documents are received
