Strategic Planning & Execution
Let us help you work out where your business stands, where it needs to be, and how it gets there. Then we can help you get there too. Every engagement follows three steps: Now: an assessment of your current position. Where: the destination you want to reach. How: a strategy and execution plan that connects the two. You can engage us for the plan alone, or keep us on to support the rollout. The scope, price and timetable are fixed in the accepted quote.
Before we start, we will need:
1. Your current plan, objectives or a brief of what prompted the engagement 2. Recent financial and operating information: management accounts and key metrics 3. Access to the people who run the business, for interviews or a working session 4. One named decision-maker who can approve the strategy and the plan
What we'll do for you is:
Now: assess your current situation, covering performance, market position, capabilities, constraints and risks Where: define where you want to be, with clear objectives, measures and a time horizon How: set the strategy to get there, and turn it into an execution plan with initiatives, owners, sequencing, milestones and KPIs Rollout (if included in the quote): track progress against the plan, run review sessions with your leadership team, and adjust the plan as results come in
What we'll ultimately deliver, and when:
1. Strategy and execution plan, covering: the assessment of where you are now the target position; the strategy; the initiatives, owners, milestones and KPIs that put it into effect 2. Delivery: by the date set in the accepted quote, normally within 4–6 weeks of receiving the information listed above 3. Rollout support (where quoted): a written progress review against the plan for each period agreed in the quote, with decisions and actions recorded
